​OPD CONSULTATION

• We provide outdoor consultation for medical problems, child guidance and preventive health for children from birth to 18 years. 

• We devote enough time to get detailed history form parents and then do a thorough physical examination at each visit to arrive at a clinical diagnosis. 

• We advise investigations only if required with specific relevant value to aid management.

• Rational Therapy with judicial  use of medicines is our guiding principle.

• Parents are given enough attention to clear all their doubts. 

• A meaningful prescription with all details of history, clinical examination, diagnosis, treatment and instructions is generated

IMMUNIZATION

• We administer all age appropriate available vaccines.

• Vaccinology is  dyanamic and ever evolving medical science. It requires that we keep continuously updated.

• We impart full scientific knowledge about the available vaccines and their cost. 

• We strive to empower  parents to make a choice from various available options. 

• We do adult immunization too.

• A detailed record is given for vaccines administered

​ANTICIPATORY GUIDANCE FOR BEHAVIOURAL ISSUES

• Irrespective of child’s presenting complaints if we notice a need for guidance to parents regarding behaviour issues, we provide it during routine consultation itself. A special counselling session is advised if felt necessary at a later date.

​NUTRITION GUIDANCE

• During each visit we enquire about the child’s diet and provide necessary guidance for optimum nutrition of the child. 

• We promote healthy home cooked food consumption.

• Special care is taken to promote exclusive breast feeding by lactation management consultation process.

Note: Our indoor admissions facility has been shifted to The Children Hospital, Jetalpur Road, Vadodara since 2018. Dr Satish Pandya is a visiting consultant there.
